Temple Maintenance
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own [property]? (1 Cor. 6:19)
Health Tips: Be Courageous
-
Am I humble and obedient to God's commands
-
Am I growing into God's image?
We give our bodies and wills to God's control (Romans 12:1) and
We offer our love to God and to others (Ephesians 5:2).
To be courageous is an essential quality for believers as they navigate through life uncertainties. Courage is the willingness to act in obedience to God's calling and purposes, relying on His strenght( proverbs 3:5) and guidance( proverbs 3:6).
You must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into full experience of salvation. To be nourish!
Christians are a spiritual house and all believers are living stones that are being assembled together as a fitting dwelling-place for God, we are all ambassadors of God, representatives of the King, and a holy priesthood, with the Lord Jesus Christ being the Chief Cornerstone.
Christ is our merciful and faithful High Priest, for His death tore down the barrier between man and God so that all who believe on His name are born from above, adopted into God's family, are living stones, a spiritual house, and holy priesthood. And because of Christ's sacrifice, we can come fearlessly before the Father to intercede for others and offer up our spiritual sacrifice of prayer and praise.

We should never take this sacred privilege lightly, for it is a gift from God and a blessing to us. We have been endued with heavenly gifts and holy graces so we can offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God, in our service to Him and in our ministry to others. We should never forget that even our most consecrated praises, sanctified service, and holy prayers can only be accepted by God – THROUGH Christ.
Let us never forget that Christ's sacrificial offering of Himself earned us the right and the authority to enter God's presence so that we may present our bodies as an offering to Him, that is holy, sanctified, honouring, and acceptable to God.
What a blessing to be a member of the holy priesthood and able to come boldly into God's presence to offer our sacrifice of praise to Him and to humbly lay our petitions before His throne of grace.
Recipe of the Month: Bakes Lemon Pepper Salmon and Brussels Sprouts.
Ingredients:
Salmon: This recipe makes two salmon fillets but feel free to double the recipe if you want to feed more people.
Brussels Sprouts: Fresh Brussels sprouts should be bright green and firm.
Lemons: Don’t skip the fresh lemons! They are what makes this recipe so delicious and flavorful. You will use at least two lemons but I’d suggest three so you have some to squeeze on top of the salmon and Brussels sprouts before serving.
Pepper: Black pepper gives this recipe a bit of a kick without being too overbearing. It’s the perfect flavor combo with the lemon and salt!
Salt
Garlic: There are just two cloves of garlic in this recipe to give that delicious flavor.
Olive Oil: This is the ingredient that helps keep the salmon moist. We add it to Brussels sprouts and drizzle it on top of the salmon before cooking.

Direction:
-
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
-
In a medium bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper.
-
Zest one lemon and cut the other lemon into slices. Add the minced garlic, pepper, and salt. Mix the seasoning together. Two raw salmon fillets on a wooden cutting board with lemon slices and seasoning on the side.
-
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Spread the lemon pepper seasoning on top of the fillets. You may have some leftover seasoning, so just use as much as you need to cover the tops of the fillets. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and lay lemon slices on top.
-
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is completely cooked.
-
Stir the sprouts with a fork and check the doneness (a total of about 15 minutes).
-
To serve, top the salmon and Brussels sprouts with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Enjoy!
